Lars has been involved in renovation of several properties since 2004, including a couple of two bedroom flats, a two bedroom maisonette and a four bedroom house.
At the most extreme he spent a winter without central heating and then involved in turning around a four bedroom squat of a house with collapsing ceilings (a bathroom ceiling literally collapsed) and aptly nicknamed rooms such as the scary room. This property was fully gutted and re-built from the ground up. Working around the constraints of one builder going bankrupt during the recession period the project was completed to standards high enough so as to raise the per sq ft bar to a level not seen in that locale before the sale. The project was promoted an article in a prestigious local paper.
